Food Shop/Meal Plan A4 Notepad

These were with the intention of helping us all keep our weekly food shop spending as low as possible. It's so easy to pick up random things at the shop, or impulsively think of a dinner to do because you forgot to check what you already had at home. 

Without planning, it's easy to end up with duplicates of the same products as you didn't realise you already had them, as well as in a lot of cases an unnecessary amount of food waste. Not to mention the price of the whole food shop itself!

With these A4 notepads, you will go through all of your food at the end of the week. Check your fridge, freezer and cupboards. From here, you can begin to see what you could use to make a meal out of - even if you only have 2/3 items then that would still be 2/3 less items to buy at the shop and it would save the food from going bad. 

After you have figured out your meals for the week you can write down what you're missing and that way you know what you're looking for at the shop. 

For those who are serious about budgeting, and maybe have big savings goals, this is a brilliant way to try and save that little bit extra on a weekly basis by simply utilising what you already have. Keep it on your fridge with a magnet or somewhere you're able to access it daily to keep the visual reminder to stay on track with your meal plan. P.s don't forget to plan family favourites for the dinners!

They are all made by hand with so much love and are also packed in biodegradable display bag to protect the notebook from any dirt/damage it could come across on its way to you.

Made using 120gsm paper, you can even use sharpies with these! The pen goes through the page but it doesn't bleed onto the next one. With a recycled chipboard backing, these are eco-conscious from production to shipment. 

A4 size.

Approx 50 pages. I always make them with 54 pages in case the first one or two get damaged in the manufacturing process, therefore some notepads may have more than 50 pages but none will have less than that. 

PLEASE NOTE: The notepads are tear off's, not sticky note pads!
